Need Immediate Proof of Coverage?

If you need immediate proof of liability coverage, you can print a temporary membership card from your computer by following the instructions below.  You can also use these instructions to check your expiration date and/or update your information.

To print a card online:

1. Follow this link (or copy and paste the following link into your web browser). https://membership.pageinc.org/ 
2. Enter your last name and Social Security # then click next.
3. Click “Update Information Only.”
4. Click “Update Information Only.”
5. Print your Temporary Membership Card.
